Description:
The candidate should have lived in Seville or Córdoba (Spain, Andalusia) for at least three years and have basic knowledge of real estate trading as well as the local customs and traditions. The candidate must look after our interests on site, check the documents from cooperation partners or sellers for correctness. If necessary, translate the documents into English. Pick up customers from the airport or hotel and visit the property together.
Language skills: Spanish, English and basic knowledge of German.
Employment relationship: freelancer
Important aspects:
A physical limitation is not a problem, minimum age 35 years.
Salary:
Payment of the statutory mileage allowance for the kilometers driven and on an hourly basis (as agreed) or a flat rate for each individual activity.
The fee for each activity is always agreed in writing in advance.
