Dubai: Secretary

Requirements:

  • Studied or professional experience;
  • Legal consultant,
  • commercial training,
  • translation or office management.
  • three years of experience in a typing office.
  • Experience in a translation agency.
  • Language skills in spoken and written; French, English and Arabic and Chinese is a plus
  • Experience in the court system (online)
  • Independent; Draw up contracts and powers of attorney.
  • Experience in alternative software (basic knowledge) open source software; Linux, LibreOffice, Nextcloud and Accounting Software
  • Basic knowledge; Company formation and visas for employees.
  • Acquisition of customer marketing.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, maintaining customer loyalty and trust.
  • Independent; Create and present documents, brochures and sales materials.
  • Social Media Applications.
  • To be ready to learn and share the knowledge with colleagues.
  • Driver’s license.
