Description:
- Visits and negotiations with the owners (banks) for a brokerage contract or a purchase of real estate (farms, hotels, commercial properties, land, villas and apartments).
- Determination of the market realistic price (if necessary by an expert),
- elaboration of professional pictures, videos and plans of land, buildings as well as preparation of a conscientious technical description of the project,
- obtaining the land register extracts and obtaining background information.
- Verification of the information provided by the owner
Language skills: Spanish, English and basic knowledge of German.
Employment relationship: permanent or freelance
Important aspects:
A physical limitation is not a problem, minimum age 35 years.
Salary: optional basic salary, depending on suitability plus commission or independent basis (freelancer) with only commission
and post-contractual competition clause
