At least 5 years of professional experience of at least two years as an office manager of a lawyer

Studies or work experience: office management, commercial training or legal advisor.
Requirements:
Five years of office management and acquisition experience.
Experience in management and controlling.
Acquisition of customer marketing for the law firm.
Able to build a strong relationships with customers, maintaining customer loyalty and trust.
Independent and self-driven creation and presentation of documents, brochures and sales materials.
Capable of doing social media applications and web marketing.
Spoken and written language skills: English and Arabic is a must, other language are a plus: German, Spanish, French, Russian or Chinese.
Experience in the court online-system would be an advantage.
Capable of doing Draw up contracts and powers of attorney.
Experience with alternative software (basic knowledge) so as Open source software (Linux, LibreOffice, Nextcloud) and accounting software.

Be willing to learn and share knowledge with colleagues.
