We are looking for an employee who has at least five years of experience in Spain, Madrid or Andalusia (Costa del Sol, Málaga or Marbella) with knowledge of the “customs and traditions” on site. The candidate should be able to work in the following areas: investments, international business organization & consulting as well as trading in real estate, company formation, registrations and visas, real estate management and buying / selling and the processes of a business center. In addition, he or she should have a commercial training, experience with authorities, banks and real estate. A basic technical understanding is important.

The Representative Of General Manager must be able to draw up short and medium-term financial plans, as well as detailed daily and weekly reports (record cash and bank movements daily for accounting purposes, including cash flow charts, etc.).
In addition, all activities and agreements must be recorded and monitored in detail.
This is a very responsible position, even if no power of attorney or authorization is provided (all activities must be approved individually and in writing by the general director, verbal agreements are void).
The interesting activities allow the candidate a varied working day and include, among other things:
- Real estate brokerage management, viewings and negotiating with the owners, etc.
- Company formation, contract drafting, registrations for our customers
- Search for personnel, conduct job interviews, salary negotiations
- Execution of business center services for our customers
- Reports and correspondence with the managing director (see above)
As part of these interesting and varied activities, the candidate must be ready for continuous further education, that is, strive to continuously improve himself in his free time, and also attend seminars and courses that are offered.
Employment relationship: permanent position
