      Initial meeting & needs analysis

      Support in the buying process

      During the process described below, we can take over the communication with the broker / owner for the customer and is available to the buyer for any queries up to the possible notary appointment.

      In the entire process, it is important to give the seller a professional impression so that the buyer is perceived by the seller as the preferred contractual partner in the event that there are several interested parties.       Research
